We offer baths, full service grooming, and everything in-between. Grooming and bathing rates are determined at the time of service by your dog's size and coat condition.

Grooming and bathing rates are determined at the time of service by your dog's size and coat condition. Pricing is dependent on how long the groom takes, the condition of the dogs’ coat, and the cooperation of the dog.

What to know before your appointment:

We believe in humanity over vanity. We will always put the comfort of your dog first, sometimes this means taking extra time to go at the pace most comfortable for the dog, and sometimes it means ending a groom early. We will not spend hours brushing a severely matted dog, as this can be an unnecessarily uncomfortable experience. If your dog comes in with matting we will asses the condition and do what we can to save the coat, but we will resort to cutting the mats out before putting the dog through the extra discomfort of de-matting.

Double Coated Breeds: We strongly discourage shaving double coated breeds, (huskies, border collies, Australian shepherds, Labrador retrievers etc.). These types of coats serve an important purpose of protecting and insulating the dog from sun, heat, and cold. Because the undercoat grows at a much faster rate than the top coat, it can take years for the coat to return to it’s original condition. A frequently shaved double coat can begin to thin and will sometimes grow back in a patchy pattern. Shaving these coats does not help to reduce shedding or to cool the dog in hotter temperatures.

Vaccinations: We require proof of up to date vaccinations for Rabies and Distemper/Parvo from your vet. We strongly recommend Bordetella, but it is not required for grooming. We prefer to have these records prior to the day of your appointment, you or your vet can email these records to us.

Please be on time for your appointment, if you are more than 15 minutes late we may no longer be able to accommodate your dog, and a rescheduling/cancellation fee may apply.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy: Please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment if you will be unable to make it or would like to reschedule. Less than 24 hour notice will incur a charge for the full amount of the grooming/bath price.
